"Easy and fast approcah to automate processes"


What do you like about Quixy?

I liked the entire flow of developing the application to publishing it. It was soo simple that i could automate any processes on the fly independently and bring it live within no time. From users perspective, it was very easy to use and work on the platform. Though we needed initial push from the Quixy team in automating few areas, it was very easy to develop applications and fix the issues within no time.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

Few controls and steps can be made simpler for ease of use. Help guide can be improved

What have you been using it for and what problems did Quixy solve?

Using Quixy we have automated several business processes within the organization. The platform helped various departments such as automation, administration, HR and Finances. Some of the key processes automated were Visitor Management, Leave Management, Night Shift task allocations, the platform also helped the core departments such as automation in integrating with few applications such as MITE.

What do you like about Quixy?

This is a versatile and user friendly platform. This has helped our business users easily address tasks in their respective domain. Our automation journey started with automating some of the processes in our finance and slowly we had moved to other departments such as HR and General Administration.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

There are few minor improvements which can be made on the platform which will help the user in a better way especially while creating dashboards.

"Process Automation made easy"


What do you like about Quixy?

The best thing that i liked about Quixy was the ease with which i was able to automate the HR processes. The software provided simple to use interface where i could design the forms and the workflows and publish the HR apps very quickly. The support team was also very prompt in answering any queries.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

Overall the software is very good. Features like in app collaboration with other users in the workflow, if added, will be very useful. Another feature that can be very useful will be to allow uses to take actions on the workflows through the email notifications itself without having to login to the application.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Quixy solve?

We have automated HR processes including Recruitment, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Leave Management, Employee Service Request Management, and Performance Management. Employees now can submit their requests online without having to fill any paper forms. With Quixy, we were able to make our department operations paperless.

"Ideal platform to develop applications without coding"


What do you like about Quixy?

The platform is ideal to develop applications without coding. The platform provided the visual environment to create applications easily and integrate applications within and outside Quixy. I was able to create forms, setup workflows, configure business rules and publish the apps within no time. All I had to know was about the process which I wanted to automate. Quixy is also being used across various other departments within our organization. The best part was I was able to test the app as and when it was developed.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

Try to implement few help tips, more calculator functions are required. Online help guide can slightly be better.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Quixy solve?

We have automated several processes using Quixy. Processes such as Rooster Management, Accounts Submission, Travel Request, Tour Expenses, Onsite Daily Expenses Form, Conference Room Booking, Fuel management, vehicle assignment, visitor management, pantry management, housekeeping, asset management, monthly recurring bill payments management, office maintenance, Inward and Outward courier management have been automated using Quixy.

"Great platform to build your own processes"


What do you like about Quixy?

I have been using Quixy for the last 7 months. The experience has been great, the platform provided rich controls to build my forms easily the way i wanted. The platform is very quick that i was able to develop a form and configure business rules in a hour and publish it. The best part was, the platform allowed me to edit the application even after publishing the app. The concept of data tables and lookup are impressive.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

The entire platform and the flow to develop an app was great but i found the platform can have few more controls and features such as geotagging and calculator controls can be improved.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Quixy solve?

Using Quixy, we have automated multiple departments but as part of Sales and Marketing team, we automated processes related to RFP/RFQ Evaluation, Bid Management, EMD Requisitions, Prebid query management, prebid attendance, travel management, Pre Qualification and Technical Evaluation Criteria. Quixy helped us in quick evaluation of tenders and simplified the process of evaluation and helped in decision making of a GO or No-Go with a tender.
