"Lots of features but complex and expensive"

What do you like about TestRail?

Lots of features - if you want it, most likely they have it. They also have native integration with JIRA.

What do you dislike about TestRail?

The software looks outdated and is very complicated to use. Too many actions are scattered everywhere in the UI. The price is steep IMO.
