in short - nothing... I have been using the Cross Browser Tool for over 1 year and every time I realize how little I like it.
The service has been bad, we used a lot of internet explorer real-time testing and I can't believe how slow it is, in the end, it is easier for me to activate a team viewer session with a remote Windows computer than use the tool because it just is extremely slow. The support is very bad, they never will respond in less than an hour and when to respond you didn't really feel that the wait was worth.
They claim to be the largest real device library in the world and with that they get customers ... but this does not matter if they are totally inefficient and slow, I can not even use the real iPads because they are always throwing me the session.
The local connection tool is the worst. The user experience is bad since it is through a gadget that is placed at the top of the bar in MAC, and after a moment it disappears but it runs in the background, spending resources and doing nothing because you can not do it turn off unless you open the monitoring window and close it forcibly
