What do you like about Maxio?

The interface is really intuitive and provides simple reports. Very good guys in support, even when we had questions in a few hours, their chat support was always in touch.

What do you dislike about Maxio?

The control panel can be really confusing, in part because it is so multifunctional. Also, it would be great if they offered integration with HubSpot, this would be convenient for us.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Maxio solve?

We use Chargify to process all repetitive credit card payments for our business. Earlier we used another service for permanent payments, but we decided to try Chargify because of their excellent support and the best customer service.

What do you like about Maxio?

This product was one of the few when we were searching for a system that was the most flexible for our clients and for us. Chargify perfectly works with our recurring clients who need invoices as well as those set up for recurring credit card payments. Sometimes its APIs can be hard to get right, but I feel the Chargify API strikes the right balance between features and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Maxio?

The dashboard can be really confusing because it's so feature-rich, however, constructing custom products with a custom pricing set was kind of bewildering. No ability to connect data to a BI system warehouse, you can only export it to csv files.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Maxio solve?

We use Chargify to handle all of the recurring credit card payments for our business. Chargify requires a higher level of support and customer service and it is important for us.
