We have APIs built with a number of 3rd party softwares but do not offer open API. We do take feedback on API integrations our clients would like to see and address building these out on a case by case basis.
Yes, account owners and account admins are able to give other users access to a site. We also have several roles available to limit or expand user access.
We integrate with other tools in two different ways. We have some 3rd party App integrations that are connected via API. This includes, but is not limited to, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media feed integrations. We also make it easy to embed any software, using our HTML content block, that can offer an embeddable widget.

Yes, for all of our clients we offer a comprehensive support knowledge base with articles and videos covering how to use different features in the platform and online email support with our support team. For our clients on our Concierge and Launch plans, we also offer live phone support to get help from our support team and account managers.
