It does everything I've dreamed Solution Manager would do

What do you like about syslink Xandria?

This is the one tool every SAP Basis team - at a company or managed service provider really needs. We've been using it for almost a year now and using Xandria we've discovered issues we didn't know we had and actually prevented a huge outage as an issue was founded before it spiraled.
I love how with one click of a button I get a complete visibility to all of our SAP landscape - including all the different versions, Kernel etc) . I also like how easy it was to customize the checks and create ones that fit our KPIs. They've lately release a predictive resource planning and it allows us to better plan our budget and when we'll need more resources across all the SAP system

What do you dislike about syslink Xandria?

Whenever I found something I was missing (which wasn't very often as it is very flexible to fit almost every scenario). Their support and development provided a solution really fast.

What have you been using it for and what problems did syslink Xandria solve?

Xandria provided us visibility that no other tool in the market can. We've tested the new Solution Manager and several other tools that offer SAP monitoring. Solman was just crazy hard to install and so inefficient that it event though it is free it costs us a lot with manpower. None of the other solutions went so deep as Xandria plus it looks like most of them relied on CCMS which even SAP doesn't use anymore.

An amazing tool for SAP Basis team

Not sure if this is the right category for this product, but this is a product for management and monitoring of SAP systems. It provides an amazing improvement over what you can with Solution Manager.
It automatically identify the elements on a server and applies daily and real-time checks to them. And by elements I mean the infrastructure, the OS, the SAP instances, DB, 3rd part app and of course including also HANA . By doing it, on-boarding new servers is really simple. On top of that you can easily customize your checks and create ones that fit your business KPIs.
Reporting is really enhanced and can go as deep or as high as you need it and what used to be tens of hours of creating SLA report became a press of a button.
This is an amazing product and their support is wonderful. I would highly recommend this product
