It's the Swiss-army knife of software for hospitality professionals. ResNexus has a tool for just about everything. It connects seamlessly to top OTA's for maximum bookings. I can easily communicate with guests via text message or email. Marketing's a breeze with automated emails for anniversaries, seasonal events, etc. I don't need to call the Geek Squad in order to update my ResNexus website, and it's Google-friendly responsive!
It took me a few days to get familiar with the software. After a week or two, it was second nature for me to use.
Like any specialized tool, you need to invest time and focus on learning how to use it if you want maximum results from it.
