Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, easy for not experienced users, most documents are available in the library for free, great folder organization (you could even set a password on folder), also there's ability to add signatures to the document.
You could face a short delay from screen to screen sometimes, but it's not that much to be complain about.
Nothing really. It is a service to upload and fill documents but has glitches. My cc changed but failed to notify me and then needed new number.
Very slow. Not user friendly for business. Typical, too big early on and monopoly spoiled the site. Customer service with newbies and no clue. Sad, top needs to be more considerate of goal to make business efficient. Looking at alternatives. Hoping this is not what we are stuck with.
