I use it for interview transcripts for my master thesis
The transcription was done within 1-2 hours for audio files of approx. 1.5 hours. Many parts of the spoken text were transcribed correctly. It still takes some hours to correct the transcription manually, but the software helps with many short-keys to facilitate and fasten the process. I also like the export functions and the possibility of correcting transcriptions afterwards.
I had two major issues which were problematic. First, some of the files did not upload or the upload was interrupted (worked best in Microsoft Edge). Secondly, i was kicked out of the editing window many times which resulted in passages not being saved and many interruptions of the workflow. But that was only the case on some days, now it works out well most of the time.
I like the corret way to transcribe and with only few cotrrection the cjance to use texts
