Actually this kind of inventory is uncommon to me cause we usually write in manually all tracks about the customers, purchase and anything about finance. This was recommended by someone to me and it was great! I can easily track all and manage my business, easily communicate to my customers and keep track of my accounts!
All of it is good and effective, but when it comes to the price is my problem because my business is still growing and just started. Money is the problem but I trust my business to grow more and save for this inventory because it's just great!

Some additional reporting features are required. We need mobile applications. At the moment, websites work but it is not enough, they need to be upgraded to a simpler dashboard that we can use. I hope these will improve further.
I am using this for my clothing business for managing inventory , I am pretty much sure that I will defiantly go with zap erp so that inventory management will not be headache for my business.
The interface is beautiful but not always intuitive. However it's easy to learn. this software has meant that clients can get more detail on their businesses without referring to their accountant and using complex excel functions like vlookups and pivot tables. It saves a lot of time and very useful for any accounting departments.
Need some additional reporting features. Export / import options are very less. We need mobile or tablet app. At the moment, website works but it is not sufficient ,also they need to improve on more simple dashboard which can we used my anybody. I'm hoping for the best.

This is really awesome. One can easily maintain his business from here. There's separate graph scores, easily can contact with customer and vendors. Specially, In report section user can easily know his business profit. Easily tracking buy and sales.
Actually in the application it's should be upgraded and make it more stable. Like there's is no sign up option in the interface of the app. There's only log in. "Create an account" should be add.
The clients become more confident with entry level bookkeeping systems, they begin to require financial information like best selling stock items and stock levels to measure stock redundancy. I've been searching for many ERP option that is easy to learn and use. Tried many Open Source, some are powerful, but very hard to learn for new user. Startup need something that fast to use and easy to learn and powerful at the back. ZapERP has it all. Not complex to learn, this software is proving to be just what the accountant ordered.
The problem is, with Woocommerce it just doesn't work. Despite the fact webhooks are working async with another shipping platform, ZapErp simply bottlenecks throwing a bunch of pending webhooks (over 26000 of them) and could not get it to run. Things bottle neck when servers do not respond timely.

We are able to sync our woocommerce store with Etsy and Amazon, no more duplicated work and out of sync prices.
We are waiting for the ability to upload new products to Amazon, Etsy and Ebay from our Woocommerce store. Once this happens this platform will be the best tool in our arsenal.
Keeping all our online stores, inventory levels and prices in sync is a tedious task manually. With Zap ERP we have a central place where we can make changes and these are reflected across all our sales channels.
The interface is clean and nice, although not intuitive but easy enough to learn I like that it's cloud based and not plug in based.
Well, in theory if it would actually work it would be an awesome system. If you are a Woocommerce store with lots of products it does not work. We experienced a number of issues, the vendor "email" function does not work as it does not send a copy of the invoice, split warehouses was just not something they could get working with out creating extra work for me as they can't handle larger files without splitting them. But the major issue is despite their system initially working, they shut off the pull and then never could get it syncing again with the API. They blamed a plug in which is always a convenient out, but the fact I use another integration that literally uses the same webhook pulls and it not having any issues and because the logs do not show a conflict I know that not to be the case. Instead it throws a bunch of pending webhooks causing a bunch of bloat. Bottom line is, I have very minimal plugins and all off them are popular plugins with 1000's of installs, so your integration should work and be prepared to work with most common plug ins. In the end after 45 days of being very patient I had enough when the owner essentially blamed the application or some "unknown" plug-in for the point of failure. If this was the case the hook wouldn't run manually. Bottom line what I think happens? I think his server is too slow to process the number of hooks coming in on my side, when done in bulk like that, if the hook receives no response it will go in to the pending status. Given his prior issue with his server not also being able to handle large files, going to be my money on that being the real issue here, especially given again, no other applications are having the webhook issues he is having. Things bottle neck when servers do not respond timely.

I like that zap Inventory allows me to manage my stock items and also tracks them automatically so I am able to account for all my stock movements. I also am able to manage my sales and finances all using one system.
There's is nothing that I dislike about Zap inventory currently, I will maybe suggest adding more functionalities like HR Management to the system.

I like the idea that the support IT tech are always adding new product to their software allowing more options to choose from that fix individual.

I liked that it felt easy to navigate and set up. The input screens were very intuitive and easy to use.
The main thing I disliked about Zap was it's need to be online constantly. That was the reason we didn't chose Zap.
Zap inventory was very easy to use and set up, and it oly took my staff a day to get all our inventory items in and priced. It was very easy to deploy.
