Invoicing and documenting has never been easy before for us and time-consuming thanks to Ipzen our workload is completely reduced. Since it is web-based we can access it from anywhere that is easy for us in a business view because I travel a lot.
I have been using it for more than three years now, so far I didn't get any issues with them the customer support is very friendly and supportive to solve any problems. The only problem I can say is the system can be little bit colour coded and it is not a responsive design when we access in mobile that is the only disadvantage I can think so.
