Used it to lower our fraud rate
First and foremost Zensed were able to help us reduce our fraud data remarkably when we integrated to their service. Secondly, our business previously used an internally built fraud prevention platform which had a lot of manual reviewers that were overseeing all transactions. When we switched on Zensed we found that all our manual reviewers only found around half of the fraudulent transactions which Zensed were able to find. We could therefor utilize our staff better and rely more on the information which Zensed provided for us. Another cool function that Zensed had was their live reporting system, in case the system missed a fraudulent data we could report it inside the backoffice and instantly see how the whole system changed itself and learned from its mistake.
We do not really have any specifics of what we disliked about Zensed, the only thing we sort of wish for in the future would be more extraction and upload abilities to the backoffice.
