The Preferred Patron™ will often co-exist seamlessly with various POS (Point-of-Sale systems), SMS (Shop Management Systems), DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and PMS (Property Management Systems). The Preferred Patron™ program has a built-in toggle button, which floats over the POS/DMS/PMS systems, to allow the loyalty system to be activated from an "integrated" button. Additionally, we offer direct data feeds from most DMS and SMS systems.
The Preferred Patron™ client programs will run on the business' own Windows PC or Tablet PC (Windows 7 or later). There is also a web-enabled cashier interface available, which is platform independent. For member access, each subscription comes with a mobile optimized (responsive design) web portal as well as a native iOS and Andriod member app, which members may use to browse the rewards catalog, see any incentives they have been awarded, read past marketing messages as well as maintain their profile and preferences.
