I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and have worked with dozens of CRM systems promising increased efficiency and ROI. From my experience, only BNTouch has delivered. Its obvious this was designed from the get go as a mortgage CRM. Navigation is intuitive and I was up and running in less than a few hours. I love the mobile app, its fully functional, not some watered down version of web version. It allows me to work on the go without any hesitation. Support is very responsive with any issues you may encounter. Seamless integration with my lead sources (Free Rate Update & Zillow) & RingCentral was the clincher for my business. All in all, there is no better mortgage CRM on the market!
Mobile app can be slow at times but generally speaking, it works as advertised.

I truly enjoy using BNTouch CRM system. It has helped improve our business by staying organized and on top on productivity.
The only constructive feedback I have is something I am not sure is avoidable. Just the set up took sometime but that is because it is completely customizable.
User friendly, and extremely productive for keeping track of inbound leads, referrals, etc. Great tool to set reminders on calls, etc. A lot of storage capabilities, etc.
I wish it had a little more customization like we have in Salesforce. It is nice to be able to tailor products to fit your exact needs.

This CRM allows customization of groups to place all sorts of relationships including vendors, realtors and borrowers alike! The marketing campaigns are easy to set up and use and can be tailored to each individual if wanted.
There could be more accessible training materials made available to show off more features. Went months without using some before being pleasantly surprised at having found them.

Training videos specific to the section/tab you’re using within the dashboard are available via the small video/question mark icon located in the upper-right of the CRM (located right of the search bar). All training videos can also be found on our YouTube channel. The BNTouch manual is available via the menu found in the top right navigation of the CRM (Select ‘Training & Support’ from the drop-down). Please Note: Most of the add-on modules also have support materials available when hovering over panels in the User Menu > Modules.
The functionality and usability of BNTouch is by far one of the easiest I have used. The customer service is top notch and the staff are quick and responsive when you have a question in regards to how a function works!
One of the only gripes I have with BNTouch is the lack of being able to customize the look and feel of the CRM itself. While I do understand that function is more important than form for productivity, when you're staring at a screen for hours upon hours per day, being able to make it your own would help with the eye strain and mental fatigue that tends to happen over time.
BNTouch makes it super simple to keep in contact with Realtor/referral partners, potential and past clientele. Being able to track each lead makes the followup process so much less painstaking than other, more overly complicated CRMs.

nothing i dislike. i wish it had a built in dialer. thats okay due to how i have my business set up however

This software automatically interfaces with our Mortgage Software, sending out updates and regular marketing materials. Every time I add a client to the software - it automatically synchronizes with BNTouch and adds them to by database.
I wish the app for the phone had more features similar to the website. Would love to review reports and other web based items on my phone
Keeping in better contact with current and past clients. This software is responsible for numerous loans that came to me from replies to the marketing and clients forwarding marketing to new clients.

I really enjoy the simplicity of one place to keep all parties updated. It is also very convenient to have a secure place for documents to be uploaded/shared.
I wish there was an easier way to email multiple co-borrowers at the same time when sending out the portal invite.
BNT helps me stay organized and have all information for loans I am working on in one place at a glance. Very customizable and it is easy to learn and use.
I have been using this system since for 7 months now and so far I have no complaints.

i love the texting feature as well as having all of my contacts right at my fingertips
I wish the sending video function worked better, it always works for me but alot of people cant get the videos.
