What I like the most about Integromat has been its visual appeal, the fact that it can present complex work processes in an elegant, creative and visually attractive way is something of great value for us, its ease of use is something that deserves the It is also worth noting, the fact that I can automate data and represent it graphically is something quite positive and practical when it comes to wanting to simplify processes within my organization
It has been very useful in my work, especially to make diagrams of the different processes that are executed in the projects where I am part, which has allowed me to transform the information in a more didactic and visually pleasing way. which allows all the members of my work team to understand in a much simpler, easier and faster way what the project objectives are and what are the steps to follow to achieve them fully.
I have two main complaints:
1 The little amount of information: The fact that they have didactic material to learn how to use this application is a good thing, but that the material is incomplete and does not help 100% to learn how to use their application is somewhat disappointing, so my suggestion personal: improve the quality of tutorials.
2 Poor customer service: The times that I have had a problem or question that I want to clarify quickly and to which I have contacted customer service, I have not had the answer immediately or efficiently that I suddenly wanted, for what would not hurt to check their response times.
