What do you like about Surveypal?

I love Surveypal because it allows me to carry out specific surveys in order to offer my users a different way of asking or knowing what they think of our products, the surveys are carried out with reliable and totally useful tools that allow me to be able to create freely and conduct surveys as we wish, in addition to this I can add any type of images, videos or audios to allow the user to become more interactive while the surveys are being carried out, as well as an analysis system that is additional to the system.

What do you dislike about Surveypal?

The problems of analytics in some circumstances of the surveys make them arrive totally blank this damages the system is the answer that we want to obtain, they are problems that must be solved to avoid this type of surveys, however they are very serious problems that can harm the time to look for a solution through answers.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Surveypal solve?

Currently we use Surveypal to create surveys that offer viable solutions to any problem that we maintain within the company, this means that we use to receive a response from our clients to improve systems in use in the areas or problems in the company, simply to know that We can improve and allow to offer solutions and be attractive to our clients.

Surveypal is a special service, because it allows you to create surveys and thus be able to investigate the market and how it works today. In addition Surveypal allows us to investigate the employees that work within the company and in this way to know or observe how it is in its work area in this way we investigate how we can improve its area, it also offers to distinguish the surveys and be able to receive an analysis complete that allows to give a data and can improve the research, we are happy because they not only offer a software, but also an incredible technical support that helps to have much wider results and improve the service of us As a company

What do you dislike about Surveypal?

 We have no problems with the software, we believe that it can improve certain aspects. For example, it may be that the characteristics of analytics can be more stable, I think it can improve this service, show new templates to create attractive surveys and thus have much broader analyzes or report more detailed or correct and have a higher percentage, it is necessary to improve the system to be able to answer the surveys by means of mobile devices in more comfortable.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Surveypal solve?

If problems were raised but within the company, previously there was a service to improve the stability of the company, however it did not work at all correct, it is for that reason that we decided to improve our chances of seeing how the market works, that is why We change to surveypal and in this way our clients and employees who work in our organization, are happy with our services and we are happy with surveypal to improve our services.
