"SurveyMonkey Is simple but Efficient at Creating and Managing Simple Surveys"

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

One of the things that I like about SurveyMonkey is that it is very easy to set up and get started with. SurveyMonkey is very simple to use, and it gets the job done when you need to create a simple survey or form.

The interface of SurveyMonkey is beginner-friendly, and the functionality isn't messed up too. It works the way it's supposed to work, and it's quite stable as far as I know.

SurveyMonkey comes with some templates that are enough to create basic form designs and surveys for collection of data.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The only area I can say SurveyMonkey is lacking is that it's quite basic and may not suitable for advanced form and survey creation.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

I mostly use it for form responses and surveys. Those are the intended use I know of.

"Awesome survey and feedback tool"

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

Creating surveys and questionnaires on survey monkey takes a few minutes because it is easy to use. It brings all necessary features for customising the surveys in one place to make sure that we get the look that we want. Immediately it allows us to deploy our surveys to clients after creation. Great enough it integrates well with our system system that our feedback surveys are sent automatically to clients when the system registers a customer interaction with us. Feedback from our surveys comes in real time and the results update themselves to match current feedback. It allows us assign complaints to different departments automatically too. The surveys present themselves in an easy to answer manner making us to get great feedback within a short period of time.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

It presents great advancement in feedback collection but sometimes it flips question order in the surveys and sometimes it scrolls to the first question instead going to next question in the survey.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

We use it to do market research on our products and to collect feedback from clients that we have interacted with. Everything is automated and it helps us to achieve more goals than before.

"Audacious and excellent tool in conducting surveys"

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

What I like most about this program is that it fits the functions I need for my work, it offers incomparable features with respect to the surveys, which can be easily done in real time, with complete tools and a comfortable interface. It also allows responding to comments and formulating surveys, allowing the connection between all users and making the most of all the answers.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

What I do not like about this program is its price, it does not adjust to our ability to pay, although it is an excellent and complete tool that has characteristics that complement our work at 100 percent. Get premium packages It's a bit expensive for us.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

It has helped me a lot to get surveys of real people and at the right time, to be able to act in my company, on what things I should improve and what things I am doing wrong with respect to the products we offer. In this way, we automate the work, we obtain guides directly from our clients and we manage to control all our work on a large scale.

"A software that everyone should use"

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

The templates are amazing; I think it's one of my favorite things in the software. Absolutely everything is customizable which leaves the doors open for creativity to enter in. I can always make my surveys look professional, even if I don't know much about design, because the templates are easy to customize and edit the way I want to.
Results are in real-time, and we can keep track of them whenever we want. The dashboard and general interface is easier to browse and has a minimalistic touch to it, which I like a lot. The analytics features always seem to improve as time passes, making it more simpler to look through them, but without erasing all the deeper data that we need.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Price is high depending on what you choose, what are your needs and other variants. It's one of my favorite softwares, but it can be denied that the cost can get very pricey.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

I think that this is a great and benefitial way to collect data from workers. There are a bunch of projects that we need to launch and SurveyMonkey makes it easier to know what options should we root for and what should we not do. We can later save this for analyzing, which is great with this software, since it sorts everything into different forms of analysis and we can get a better understanding of what happened in the survey.
SurveyMonkey is overall a software that benefits me and the company I work for by giving us a tool that can complement our projects by helping us get feedback in an easy way.

"Excellent business or personal tool."

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

I have been in the world of surveys for a while, however, I have known some good ones in this Survey Monkey, it is an excellent tools to improve and give a good opinion; so to speak, the main one would be "perfect survey monkey", of course they are not paid by survey, but sometimes they are. But the important thing is that this page helps us start in this world by giving us points or pages to advance the survey, in addition to the best that works on Windows even on iOS.
In a nutshell it is excellent to give your opinion or to learn to give your opinion.
This is not here, survey monkey offers the service of doing one or several surveys, what is this for? It is ideal for a new company that wants to start and would like opinions of how to improve, to achieve success, of course for our surveys to reach others it is necessary to pay a monthly payment of $ 40 for that. You can also add incentives to receive clearer answers.
In my opinion it is a complete page for both person and company.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Ok, the only tedious or annoying thing, for A person would be the part of which there is no remuneration for doing the surveys, as I said earlier they are few, but they pay you for vouchers or offers, so survey monkey only help you to gain learning and complete Properly polls.
For the negative thing, Membership though, it is necessary for survey monkey to be more effective, I think it is expensive since it should also add some remuneration if desired, but, it would be part of the membership, that is why very few do.
Membership would be a negative point.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

problem solved, I needed to do a survey to help people get to know new laptop dell and I needed their opinion, I was somewhat tangled, due to the tools it has, I communicated with support, it does not have online chat so you must communicate by email doubts, but still the answer was effective. The support helped me a lot and all kindly, they are good at customer service, although they can improve with an online chat is fine.

"An Easy Way to Collect Public Input"

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

It is easy to use on the backend and a familiar product to many survey-takers. We had no complaints about it being difficult to use. The service is also relatively inexpensive.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The paywall can be a bit annoying. There is no way that I have been able to find to extract the data without paying for additional features. It feels a bit like my data is being held hostage, as very few people are going to back out of purchasing the software after spending so much time collecting and inputting data into the system. SurveyMonkey is set up with a feature that prevents more than one survey from being inputted from each computer. This is great if you are only doing a digital survey, but can make inputting data difficult if you are using a combination of user input and manual input of handwritten surveys. In order to enter the handwritten surveys, I had to temporarly turn off this feature, and turn it back on again once I had finished inputting.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

Most recently, we used it for a resident survey on proposed changes to our municipal website. In the past, we have used it for broader citizen engagement surveys, as well as an internal employee survey. Once, we used it to compile the results of an exclusively handwritten survey. This was much easier than trying to use Excel!

"A good option for collecting data"

// Instructional Technology Facilitator at Greenville County Schools

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

In the pre-Google world, SurveyMonkey was a phenomenal option for building surveys and collecting data. It now faces great competition, specifically from Google Forms. SurveyMonkey is still a great, web-based option and here some reasons I enjoy the platform:
- It's quite simple to use. Very user-friendly and quick to set up. There's not much of a learning curve either.
- There are a wide variety of questions types that can be asked.
- The analysis created by the platform is very helpful. This takes away the need to build your own graphs, so this is very convenient.
- The fact that data can be exported to .CSV.
- Results are being populated in real-time - you can see immediate feedback as soon as results start to come in.
- The free version is a great for building simple, basic questionnaires.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Here are some concerns I have with SurveyMonkey, as well as some recommendations for staying competitive:
- It would be incredible if SurveyMonkey built in a collaboration feature similar to Google Forms. At this point, only one person can create, edit, modify, etc.
- The freemium version is truly limited in certain capabilities. Free users can only include 10 questions in a survey. I get it - they are a tech company trying to make money, but 10 is a bit low. Another example is that you need a paid subscription to integrate a logo/branding.
- As indicated previously, it works for basic survey styles, but SurveyMonkey does not seem equipped to handle complex, longer questionnaires. Even though a decent amount of question types are available, a few advanced in-depth question types could be a great feature.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

"Creating surveys has never been so easy"

// Process Data Engineer(Subsurface and Wells) at Shell

What do you like about SurveyMonkey?

Creating surveys is a lot easy with survey monkey. The features and fuctionalities are icing on the cake. The tool helps us to create surveys within few minutes which used to take up a lot of time with other applications. Must have application to take feedback by creating surveys in coporate world.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Data protection is one of the concers. I hope the data is not stored and sold to other companies. Data privacy is very important and there should be no compromise on the same.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SurveyMonkey solve?

Taking feedback is one of the way of improving business and try to understand the concerns of the people. For this reason surveys play a major role to collect data and analyse them so that concerns can be resolved. Also helps in collecting data to analyse from different perspectives.
