In the sales department it has become the right hand of the entire department, since it allows all sellers to have a safe and efficient platform to manage all the customer management that the sales part entails, from the very first Contact until the closing of the sale can be done here without any problem, in addition the application has a great variety of quite useful functions such as: call tracking, caller ID, call recording and many others more than make it an excellent tool for managing clients, not to mention that it also allows me to record the contact information of new clients or the fact that the system automatically notifies me when there are new incoming calls, in case I cannot answer some call send a waiting message or even being able to call back later are some of the things I can do with this application When the sales coordinator approached me telling me that they needed some software or application that would help them to optimize all the sales processes for me it was a challenge to get a software that adapted to their needs, after much searching and searching I got the solution: Dialpad and now I have noticed how the entire sales part is handled in a much more fluid way that has allowed the sales department to simplify many processes, and further optimize their work.
The biggest problem for me is the handling of voice messages, it is somewhat difficult to listen to, and if you want to transcribe it it can become a headache.
