If you are aware of the data you have and wish a tool with statistically correct methodological options for you to dig into your data and discover statistical significant relationships between the numbers, this one is for you. Understanding of statistics is evevidently required in order for you to truly value what Visplore does to your data. If you know what SPSS or SAS means, this is glorious. As a hotel with fairly standard data sources we were able crunch in matter of minutes a whole new strategy for our marketing plans and are currenly reaping the benefits of this quick and easy to use tool. Cant wait to use it further.
I had nothing but satisfying experiences all across the use lifecycle. Support has been attentive, but again, the tool is a self-serve beauty as long as you know what you are doing with the data and have knowledge and experience dealing with statistics. Not sure it would bode well with users who have vague knowledge or dislike for statistics.
It helped us quickly confirm correlations between mulple data points (both transactional and related to customer profiles) and even uncover new insights to feed into our strategic marketing plans; all through an evevidenly STRICT statistical method (no room for mushy maybes here). Its the type of tool that makes you genuinely smile.
