Tempus Central gives us the flexibility to design attendance policies for different types of people in our organization. We are able to automate our OverTime and Comp-Off processes so that we don't have to keep a track of it manually.
It has too much data. Too many dynamic policy settings make it a bit tricky to use the software. We took time to get setup and trained to use the software.
We use Tempus Central for both our Blue Collar and White Collar workers. Our HRs managed most parts of attendance manually on an excel sheet. Tempus Central has Automated the complete Attendance Tracking Task and we are also able to use it for our Work From Home Staff signing in through their own computers. We are able to track hours using the Desktops. Great choice if you have Hybrid work environment with blue collar workers.
