As Churned, we have developed advanced churn prediction (machine learning) models and put them in a software package. For many clients, we integrate customer and market data into these models, simply to help them answer the following four questions:
* Which customers have a high probability of churn/not buying again?
* When do they churn? (e.g. where in the customer journey are customers lost)
* Why do they churn? (e.g. how do certain features relate to the churn behavior)
* How can we keep them? (what is the best action that can be taken on this and other high risk groups)
All predictions and next best actions are data science proven and not rule based.
