Fehlende Vergleichsbetriebe bei Micro und bei small caps, die qualitative Analyse finde ich gut, es fehlt aber für ungeübte Nutzer die Hintergrundinformation, wie man zu den verschiedenen Zu und Abschlägen, wenn man die Schieberegler nutzt, tatsächlich kommt bzw was dahinter steckt.
Ich habe valutico sowohl bei unternehmenskäufen wie unternehmensverkäufen dazu genutzt, aktuelle im Raum stehende kaufpreisindikationen aufgrund der planungsdaten zu evaluieren bzw weiteren Folge geeignete Unternehmenswerte, die stichhaltig sind, zu ermitteln
What I liked most about Valutico is the ease of use and the possibility of having a considerable amount of information available, both of a purely technical nature, such as the various evaluation parameters, and relating to stock market.
I also found the function that allows you to generate a summary file in .PPT format very useful. In fact, depending on the case, this can already be used as a document to be delivered to the customer, or from which to extrapolate information and graphics to then integrate into other documents.
Furthermore, customer support is very efficient and the team is always ready to discuss with customers to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the product and thus evaluate any changes to be made in subsequent stages of the program.
Nothing special at the moment. In fact, we must consider that the company is relatively young but, despite this, the product already seemed to me to be at a good level of development.
I used it both to evaluate some companies or company branches and to carry out research with reference to multiples of transactions to complete previous evaluations.
The most useful thing about valutico is the ability to access big data in a very in-depth way. Furthermore, following data entry it is possible to extract very well done graphs and reports.

I like that it saves me time. Through selecting the industry, I can have insights about peers and transactions made within the same industry.
I can also perform various valuation appraches in very short time.
What I do not like is the fact that sometimes I do not find the list of peers I am looking for.
They care - I´m an early adopter and have basically shared my comments and observations after every valuation I used it for. I always receive quick and tailored replies and have found my input considered more than once in the next product update.
There is not much to dislike in my view. The most recent development in the planning engine is a huge step forward. Next on my personal wish list is more flexibility in chosing peer-data. You can pick any peer you can imagine but at the moment Valutico only offers a standard type of beta calculated to one single index. I´m however confident that they will improve an that one also.
Obviously I use it for valuation of companies. We had Excel-based tools before and Valutico replaced those almost completely making the results faster and more consistent.
