Parsl has made a marked difference in the inventory management operations of the Southern California cannabis company where I am the Inventory Manager. With the integration capabilities of Parsl, inventory intake and management has gone from a long, multi-stepped process to clicking a few buttons and allocating Smart Tags, saving time and energy for the whole team. The ability of inventory to be counted on either an Android or an iPhone makes mandated inventory counts as easy as the press of a button. Parsl also allows for the ability to track inventory movement from intake, through movement through a facility, to the final end point of a customer's hands.
While Parsl is overall an app that makes inventory management much easier than counting items by hand, there are some times where an update is made to the software that is not fully "debugged" thereby possibly causing slight delays in operation. These instances are very few and far between, and the Parsl technical team is highly responsive to support ticket requests and generally resolves issues with minimal downtime.
