I really like this suit because it's exactly what I need for digital journaling, sketching, blogging, and creating business-related mind maps, mood boards, and presentations. I am using all the included apps, but my favorite ones are NoteLedge and Animation Desk. I love to make interactive notes and mood boards and since I started using Animation Desk I realized how much I enjoy creating small animated clips.
I think this toolset doesn't have any usability issues. Theoretically, any app out there has room for improvement but since I haven't experienced any glitches while using this software I have nothing to dislike about it.
I've been using this suite for both personal life and business. It helped me to improve my productivity, and get more creative with video editing. My video presentations and storyboards look very professional now.
I initially got this suite for the Pocket Scanner and Noteledge apps, but since then I've actually been using all five, especially Write-on Video for creating/editing a series of videos for my YouTube channel. All apps are quite functional, and although not every app is easy to get the hang of right away (NoteLedge and Animation Desk), they're still pretty useful in their own way.
While all app five apps are fairly useful, I'm having a hard time dealing with Animation Desk. It's not very intuitive, the UI/UX definitely need work and a few more tools wouldn't be a bad thing to add.
I still use Noteledge, Pocket Scanner and Write-on Video the most. Noteledge is quite useful for taking notes, creating to-do lists and so on, Pocket Scanner is a nice way to scan and digitize your paper documents and Write-on Video is an easy to use video editor for working with all kinds of video content. I just hope Animation Desk and Markup are improved so their UI is better and functionality is higher.
My favorite part of Creativity 365 is how all the apps work well together - you're able to create animation in Animation Desk and add it to Write-on Video, as well as import sketches from Noteledge and so on. While the apps work well separately, it's great finding way ways to combine everything - makes it more fun.
I think my biggest pet-peeve with Creativity 365 is the UI - while I wouldn't call it bad, there are definite improvements to be made, especially in regards to Animation Desk. I think if the developers behind these apps really put their minds to it, they'd have some really cool software. Other than that, I'm still a big fan of the apps.
I use each of the apps a bit every day, my most used ones being NoteLedge and Pocket Scanner. I think they're the most useful in a work-setting for taking notes, digitizing documents and so on. While Write-on Video has been great for editing short video content, I haven't gotten much out of Animation Desk yet since I'm quite new to animation, but I've created some very simple designs and it actually got me interested in improving me skills further.
I generally don't like app suites, but I think Creativity 365's apps are diverse and actually useful in plenty of ways. I like Write-On Video (video editing) and NoteLedge (notes) - I tend to use these almost daily. The other three - Animation Desk, Pocket Scanner and Markup are also not bad, although haven't used them as much quite yet.
NoteLedge can be problematic occasionally when you're trying to load large files or attach a file to your notes, such as a video, then the app might either freeze or crash. So I no longer attach larger files and it seems to not be an issue otherwise. Also, Animation Desk was a bit difficult to figure out and I'm still somewhat confused on how it works, just because I haven't done any animation in the past. So, I think Animation Desk's interface could be simplified and a couple of tutorials added - that'd be a big improvement.
Since the five apps have a ton of different features each, it's hard to describe and name all of them. Since I'm mostly using NoteLedge and Write-on Video, I generally find the two very helpful for taking notes, creating quick presentations and doing some light video editing that's easy to upload online. Hopefully the other apps will also become useful to me soon because it'd be a waste otherwise.
It's hard to find a suite of apps where the apps are different enough so you actually use each one individually and get something out of it. That's how I feel about Creativity 365 - the five apps that you get with this suite all deal with something different, whether it's notes, video and animation, web markups or scanning documents. So, I happen to use two of the apps daily - NoteLedge and Pocket Scanner, and the other three at least a couple of times per week. I find each app useful on its own and in combination with the other apps as well.
I will say that all the tools are well designed and there are no crucial issued that interfere the work of the apps in general, but sometimes Animation Desk and Noteledge are a bit buggy. For instance, I don't get why you can load a PDF into NoteLedge if there's no way to view it, so it's just little things like that.
The biggest thing I get out of these apps is their multifunctionality. Personally I've been using them for creating presentations, editing videos for work meetings, scanning documents on the go, highlighting and saving informations in Markup and many other things. So, overall I find these apps useful for all kinds of reason and they make my work easier in general.
This software has been very useful to me lately because I am actually using all the apps in some way daily - they're all different, and work well together. For example Animation Desk and Write-on Video - you can create animation and add it to your videos and so on. Noteledge (the note-taking app) has lots of tools and adding voice notes and other types of files to your notes is definitely useful. Pocket Scanner is great when you need to scan something on the go and want to have a high-quality scanned document on hand. Generally speaking, I find Creativity 365 multifunctional, easy to use and truly helpful in many instances.
I think the synchronisation works quite well in terms of keeping projects and files on a single cloud, but it doesn't always work quickly when you upload certain files such as videos, for instance. Also, I wish Write-on Video had more features that would make the app more professional - that'd make it even better.
This set of apps is a good fit for a smaller team or an individual - there aren't really many ways to collaborate or create large projects, so it's important to keep in mind that these apps will most likely benefit just you, not your entire team. I use these apps for individual purposes - taking notes at work with NoteLedge, quickly creating animation or editing short videos. So, if you're looking for a set of apps that lets you be creative at your own pace, this is a good place to start.
This software suite has several apps that allow for working and collaborating on creative projects. I like that the apps are all diverse in terms of what they do. There is Pocket Scanner for working with all kinds of document formats, Write-on Video for editing videos and Animation Desk for creating animation - so there's a little bit of everything.
I think Animation Desk is a little lacking in terms of the UI - there are good tools available, but they are not designed particularly well, in my opinion. The general functionality of the app is not bad, but the interface and the tutorial section could be better. As for the other apps, I'm happy with the UI, overall.
Since the range of the apps' functions is quite wide, there are a lot of different ways to use the apps. The fact that you're able to work with documents (various file formats), edit video and create animation, it leaves you with a lot of room to play around. I like the diversity - the apps are different enough that you're getting what you're paying for and more.
