Smith.ai clients also have access to comprehensive insights and data through their dashboards. Clients are able to have all of their calls recorded. Combined with recordings, calls are also transcribed via speech-to-text with personally identifiable information (PII) — like credit card and Social Security numbers automatically redacted to protect customer information. Transcripts are also searchable so clients can recall past conversations using keywords and phrases with an intelligent search engine. Another analytics tool for clients is Call Intelligence.
