The workflow or value stream through which work must flow to be completed is visualized on the Kanban board, using SwiftKanban’s powerful SmartLanes capability. SwiftKanban’s SmartLanes allow for pretty much any knowledge process to be modeled effectively, whether it is a product/application development process, a DevOps workflow, an IT helpdesk process, an HR recruitment process or an advertising campaign process!
