Yes, we have a large number of step-by-step tutorials, video tutorials, and guides. We typically receive very good reviews for our customer support.
Regarding support, the same software developers that create the software also answer and fix any technical issues reported by users. We do not outsource our support, which means we are typically able to reply to all emails within 24 hours and to fix most technical faults swiftly.
The only thing we do not provide is user training, but our collection of tutorials is very large, and our software is relatively easy to use and learn, so, in our experience, the majority of our users do not require training.

Yes, our business plan allows for many different combinations of multiple users and teams.
Some of our users include teams of multiple nutritionists, whilst others are small teams of a few practitioners plus front desk staff.
