About LeanDNA
Supply chain leaders around the world share a mission to reduce inventory and improve on-time delivery performance. They are doing this in a rapidly evolving supply chain environment, with ever-changing customer demands, globalization, and increasing complexity of supplier relationships. Every leader is throwing money at the problem by bringing in consultants or creating custom reports, which don’t deliver sustainable change.
Supply chain leaders use LeanDNA to proactively optimize their inventory. Utilizing predictive—and prescriptive—analytics, professionals across the supply chain (from the manager of a team of buyers through to the global executive) utilize LeanDNA to:
- Know the health of your entire supply chain organization: dig deeper into every site with one single view
- Determine the best price for every part of all sites and effectively negotiate with suppliers
- Alleviate shortages at one site with excess inventory from a sister site utilizing cross-site collaboration
- Every site keeps the ERP they already have, while you see all data and reports in one cohesive view
- Prioritized task recommendations create a streamlined environment for continuous improvement
The results that customers can expect?
- Customers experience an average of 7% inventory reduction in the first six months
