About Civist Civist is a Plugin for WordPress that allows you to create as many petitions and donation forms as you want and to integrate it to your webpage or post very fast. You have easy to use options to design your forms with individual headers and subheaders, an header image, colours for background, border as well as for the buttons and header background.
