Raklet helps you to keep records of your members in one place and it enables for your members to update their profiles through a secure login. You can clearly see your members’ interaction with your organization by looking at their profiles. Adding notes to their profiles and one-to-one conversations may help you to keep track of your members. All you need to do is to import the data you have about your members in an excel sheet to the system. This way, you can keep your data up to date always.
You may send automated messages that help you to remind your members the time of recurring payments. Advanced filtering and categorizing may help you to target specific groups of your members.
