The software runs quite smoothly. Quick data refreshes, reasonably well-organized.
So far, I can't think of any cons... changing languages would be great, but we're fine with English.

Program was very beneficial to our business. It helps us save money on licensed software.
I don't like that support isn't available 24/7. I've had to wait up to an hour for responses to my inquiries.
Program tracks our employees' attendance; our company is quite large, and the manager would be overwhelmed if he did this himself.

Convenient tool for keeping track of my remote team. Now I can tell if they're really putting in the work or not.
There are a lot of reports. I wish there was a way to automatically sort them because finding the right report takes time.

Aside from the features, I like their customer service team. I had a few questions about how to use the system after installation, and the guys responded quickly and patiently.

At first, I was drawn in by the price. I was worried that this would have an effect on the quality of the software, but everything is prefect.

Everything is very straightforward. Worktime has minimized my paper work. During work hours, I can be certain that everyone is focused on their respective tasks. There has been a significant decrease in the use of internet resources for personal purposes.

I like it because it is easy to use. Everything is quite simple. In case I'm not sure of something about how it works I can always ask the support for help.
It didn't work once. No reports were available. But the support team fixed it fast and we didn't lose any info because it all was easily restored.

It was so easy to use that I couldn't believe it would be so efficient at the same time.

We’ve been using WT for some years now and have seen its progress. As far as I know, the new release is close. We are looking forward for it. Even though I already like it, it's always nice to try something different. I'm hoping it'll be even better!

What I like the most about WorkTime is how it monitors internet resources.
It's easy to sort out all the web sites you need and block those you don't need. And the price is quite reasonable.
Employees knowing that we are watching their internet use. But at the same time, there are pros.
Mostly, we use it to check when everyone starts and finishes working.
And knowing that employees can't access social media during work hours is very helpful.

I like the way it installs pretty quickly. It doesn't need a lot of resources. Lots of reports.
Not sure why, but sometimes even after working hours, monitoring doesn't stop.
We're currently using it for remote workers. I feel more confident about work.

Silent installation. Decent performance.Compatible with Citrix.
Can't seem to set the usual filters as default.
Now we don't have to draw and build graphs about team productivity. All we need to do is Just send 1 report, and that's it.

The Cloud version performs excellently. Settings allow You to update reports at different time intervals.
Fonts in the Cloud version. And for now, you can't change it. Maybe in future it will be available

It is very easy to use. I spent about an hour installing and setting up all the necessary settings. Now I can enjoy reports once a week, no additional effort is required.
It does not save the recorded data of employees that you delete from the monitoring list.However, the support team has helped me to deal with this issue.
I started using it more as an experiment. Every once in a while, I analyze the reports to see general trends. It also helps protect company computers against the installation of malware programs.

Set up was pretty easy and I like the cost. Also, with WorkTime, I don't have to worry about secure information being recorded or lost. And I don't need to spend a lot of time on it, all the information I need for productivity and workload is provided in concise and clear reports.
I 'd love to see better design and support 24/7. They 're very helpful, but not too fast.
Our main concern was the question of lateness and timing. Many employees were covering up for their friends or working extra time for others. WorkTime helped us to solve these issues and prevented the recurrence of such behavior.
