What do you like about Wallet Factory?

The thing I particularly like while working with Wallet Factory and its customer rewards programs is the following: customization, flexibility, and (if I may say so) integrability. What I mean by custom-built is quite clear, as I tasked the team with my niche-specifics and they tailored the solution to my customers needs. Flexibility or scalability, if you will, is its capability of dealing with more customers without additional expenses or tech improvements as we extend our market reach. But the most important for me was to make sure that new software would perfectly work with my current mobile apps for merchants and end customerrs. Wallet Factory did it just right.

What do you dislike about Wallet Factory?

To work smoothly with your existing software for business and\or end users, the rewards platform needs a bit of human touch to consider and fine-tune all the local market specifics, target audience, possible third-party integrations etc.
