What do you like about Verloop?

Its interface turns out to be quite simple and easy to use at all times, the fact that its interface has such an intuitive design is something that ultimately helps us to solve multiple problems in a fairly simple way, which has a Chat integrated within the same application is perfect for us to channel communications with our clients in a much more practical way, not to mention that it allows us to integrate with many other applications, so we can channel everything through Verloop without so many complications, The fact that it has a statistics panel with well-defined and fairly complete information turns out to be a very practical element when we have to analyze our degree of satisfaction with our clients.
Since we discovered Verloop, the way we provide our customer service has radically changed for the better by allowing us to automate and digitize a large number of processes and tasks in a much simpler and easier way, which has allowed us optimize response times to our clients in a fairly efficient way, helping us to provide a complete and quality service as our clients deserve, responding appropriately to all their requests in a short period of time, we really It has been quite useful and I recommend using it with your eyes closed.

What do you dislike about Verloop?

The fact that it does not have a mobile application seems quite disappointing to me since it forces me to have to carry out all my tasks by means of a computer, which I consider to be a point that it has against it, since if we had a mobile application, we could carry out our activities at any time
