I like how we can have feedback from all of our users, on all of our plugins and products, in just one single portal. We're able to prioritize, filter, and focus on the next features to build. We also use it for bug tracking.
I would like to have more options to work with scored, such as RICE or other score frameworks. But it's not a dealbreaker.
We have implemented Upvoty on all of our customer support pages of our different plugins and this way our customers can easily submit and share feedback with our team as well as connect with other users and discuss feedback.

Nothing. Could provide more apps for on the go maybe. An app for iPhone and Android could provide better access to the dashboard from wherever our team is.
