We do not like the software and tried to follow everything they recommended, but the system just does not produce results.
They presented what appeared to be a month to month price and turns out we got trapped into a 12 month, and a few months later after finding out the software is useless, there is nothing we can do about it now and they refuse to refund or let us out of contract.
We were trying to use it for influencer engagement, but it does not work and it does not solve any issues. We will never use it again and can't wait until the contract is up.
