Haven't used it for long but it is definitely going to sort the performance evaluation, benefitting the managers and HRs.
Having used Traqq for several months, I can say it is the best remote working tool I have ever used. Despite its simplicity and ease of use, Traqq has all of the features I need for remote work.
Traqq does not have a mobile app. It's quite inconvenient to log in the laptop everytime. Plus, it has only one language (English).
One of the things I like most about Traqq is its capability to analyze the performance of working employees. With the help of this software, my remote team improved its performance significantly.
It is very easy to learn and use. No need to spend a day learning the ins and outs of the app. Even if team members are not in the same office, city, or coutry, you'll know what they are doing.
We would have liked it better if there was a way to customize activity thresholds.
We don't want to pay for hours spent on idle time or hours doing tasks that are not related to the employee's work. Traqq made it easy for us to monitor what each team member was spending his or her time on and what's eating up most of their time.
It was very quick and simple to implement Traqq for our remote workflow. What is great about it is that it respects the user's privacy and safety by allowing for complete control over the app, while managers also are able to keep track of what tasks their teams are working on, and when are their most productive times during the day.
Initially, there were doubts among some of the teams to implement a time tracking system into our work. However, it has since created a more positive and "back and forth" remote work experience for us.
We use it simply for tracking our tasks and daily activities. One of the biggest challenge we face as a remote working team is effective communication and alignment between everyone in the organisation. Traqq has been a fantastic solution to that.

To Monitor and tracking our Employees activity and Progress
It's the perfect product for freelancers needing to report work hours to their clients, but it's also very helpful if you manage a team and need to track your employees' hours. The app takes a screenshot every 10 minutes and it also checks if there's inactivity during any period of time. Very easy to use, even if you don't have any experience with other time-tracking apps. It is designed to let you look back at previous days and compare productivity in a very detailed way.
Not very much to dislike about this app, to be honest. I think a night mode would be a nice touch for people that work night hours. Other than that, the app is great!
I like that it's simple to use and it has a very easy to use interface. It allowed me to control for my freelance workers during our translation projects for education purposes. I needed to pay them by hour as per contract request and Traqq allowed me to do that by showing me what apps they were using and sending screenshots of their activity from time to time. Those are blurred too so no privacy invasion. It also let me see the apps being used during the active hours.
I personally love dark mode for everything that I use, so that was a thing I felt was lacking. Maybe I'd also like to see a more on demand support team in the future.
I used it for education purposes, I used it to translate articles with a freelancing team I built, and it solved the issue of them being in a remote environment and being paid by hour. So it helped me control for that in a way that otherwise would have been impossible.
We had issues with being billed by contractors for abnormal hours, and didn't want a system of micromanaging what they do for how long. They were also resistant to trying other time trackers because of privacy issues. Then I found Traqq with its 'ethical' tracking, and spent sometime going through it with the contractors. They agreed to use it because it felt more safe and comfortable
They will not have API integration until January, which means we can't actually onboard employees until then. We have onboarded contractors so far, and they seem as pleased with Traqq as we are.
It's incredibly simple to manage my teams' worked hours. The app is just a small icon and the web features are very easy to get a hang of. Works offline and online and it's pretty much addressing all our needs. I tried Traqq since its beta, and we're very pleased with Traqq's team's response to our needs and feedback. Amazing support, amazing UI, data presentation is very simple and easy.
As some of our team members must get deployed into the field for more hands-on work, we would've liked Traqq to have the option of in-field tracking. A GPS tracking is a missing feature we would've loved to have, or at least Traqq's integration with another GPS tracker. Currently we use manual time adding for this purpose which is also easy.
Traqq allowed us to profile our team and shuffle them based on their work hours, schedules and productivity level. We've had seen a boost in activity levels and output since Traqq creates an incentive to be more proactive
