Timesheets.com is used by anyone who wants to track employee time for payroll or billing. Approximately 90% of current customers use the system to track time for payroll, 40% track time towards projects for billing, and 40% of customers use the system to track mileage and expenses. Time tracking allows employees to track attendance, time off with accruals, productivity, and project time for billing. Expense and mileage tracking can be done on the desktop or mobile device with easy receipt uploading. Administrators and supervisors can also use the Human Resource suite for any performance reviews, termination letters, commendation letters, and more. Since everything is web-based and accessible in real-time, reporting fast and easy. Administrators have the choice to turn off features that are not needed; therefore the account can be as simple as desired.

The administrator of the account can set up a hierarchy and choose who the supervisor is and which employees report to that supervisor. The supervisor will be given certain permissions that are completely customizable for any organization.
I worked for a smaller contrusctin company at the time (less than 20 employees) and this program brought the owner into this century. He went from writing everything down to Timesheets which took all the guesswork out of what he was doing. He could track employee hours and any documents that went with that employee just by pulling up the mobile version he had downloaded. The owner saved a lot of time each week by not having to do payroll by hand. It was much more accurate which helped prevent trouble down the road when dealing with paychecks.
There is nothing to dislike about Timesheets. I am usually very harsh when I don't like a product but I cant find anything to fuss about. The only thing that stands out is not a Timesheets problem but an employee integrity issue. Anyone can adjust their time but that's not the programs fault...that's your Mom's fault for not teaching you better.
It moves us right into the 21st century with ease! We went from writing down time for employees with a pencil and figuring their pay the same way to using Timesheets. It reduced time and error when preparing payroll and was just fun to work with truly.
