The software is so awesome because it is so easy and intuitive to use. My favorite feature with timeghost is the timeghost feed. Here, all calendar events from Outlook are automatically displayed for me. With the AI-assistant my calendar entries are recorded as time entries in the system with two clicks.
There is not much to complain about. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is that timeghost only works with an internet connection.
I can record my calendar events directly as working time in timeghost and assign them to running projects!
What I like most about timeghost is the integration with the Microsoft 365 environment, especially Microsoft Teams. This makes it much easier for me to enter my times into the application through the suggestions in the timeghost feed. The entry process itself is very intuitive and therefore very fast.
So far I have found really few things that I dislike. What happens to me from time to time is that the program takes a little longer to start.

What I like most about timeghost are the connectors to other software I use. Especially the integration and connection with Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams, helps me to enter my times even easier. However, I also use other API connectors to the Microsoft Planner Tasks, the connector to SharePoint or also to Outlook. Through the connections, the different events from the various programs are suggested to me in the timeghost feed and I can post them to the time tracking with just a few clicks!
What I don't like about timeghost are two small things. Firstly, timeghost sometimes has somewhat long loading times. Secondly, there could be more connectors to other programs that I personally use.
To enter my times. I assign the times to different tasks defined for the project. This gives me an accurate overview of the duration of the defined tasks and allows me to send precise reports to my clients.
The usability. On one hand, timeghost can be integrated into Microsoft Teams as a collaborative app, and on the other hand, the usability within timeghost is great. Simple and fast recording of my working hours offers me the possibility to better manage my times. At the same time, my clients appreciate it when I transparently show them my hours worked with the associated tasks for a project in sending them reports.
With the new update of the software, it was a little difficult for me to get used to the new features.

I am a big fan of timeghost because the software gives me a great overview of my projects, tasks and their duration, which improves my performance. I can track the working times live through the start/stop button and immediately enter them into timeghost. In addition, there is the link to Microsoft365 products. In the feed can be set which program is used and whether you want to connect the program with timeghost. For me, these are mainly Azure, SharePoint and Outlook. A recommendation for everyone who wants to improve productivity in a simple way. Of course, especially suitable for users with a Microsoft365 account.

Timeghost helps me a lot managing my daily tasks! Great overview over my tasks, times, and projects. Meanwhile I have the feeling that my productivity increases since I’m recording the time I worked on several tasks. Timeghost recently published a mobile version integrated in the Microsoft Teams mobile App. The App remains all the functions of the Desktop version, which makes it very easy for me to track my times from every device.
I don’t have so much to complain. One thing within the Teams App, timeghost needs a few seconds to get started (takes like 3-4 seconds).
I’m using timeghost to track my worked hours and assigning tasks to the projects I’m currently working on. The timeghost export functions allows me to send detailed reports to my customers, where all the worked hours are documented.
I've been using timeghost for a little while now and am thrilled with the development of the software and the customization. Due to the fact that timeghost is integrated in Microsoft Teams, I switched then and still love it today. Good overview in the dashboard, easy to enter times in the timer and the feed is outstanding with its features and links to the Microsoft365 programs.
On the mobile app, the menu bar does not close automatically after opening, which makes the handling of the app suffer a bit.

Just one small thing. The calendar view in timeghost's timer is somewhat compressed and I can't see at a glance which project individual tasks are assigned to, because they are hidden by the next calendar event.

For me it was important to use a time tracking software that is above all easy to use and gives me a good overview. timeghost fulfills exactly that. The times are very easy to enter. The AI assistent helps me assign my times to projects, which makes it even faster to enter them. A great tool with a very user-friendly interface and a great integration in Microsoft Teams.
Currently I only track my working hours and I am completely happy with this feature. The only little thing is that I was a little confused about the way, how the Power Automate processes can be implemented into the timeghost Teams App.
My day consists of many different tasks, which I couldn't really track without timeghost. Since I work on different projects during the day, timeghost helps me keep track of my working hours. This helps me especially when I write invoices for my customers and see exactly, which projects I worked on and for how long.
The time tracking software of timeghost is very easy to use. Thanks to timeghost's user-friendly interface, it is a lot of fun to work within the app. Entering times is also super-fast. The start/stop button only needs to be pressed once, task and time corridor need to be selected, and the time and task are in the system. It's a great software that makes every day work a lot easier and more effective.

Trough timeghost, we realize, that we pay much more attention to what we are really doing now and thus become more aware of our work. Especially in the home office, recording our working hours is a great advantage that we don’t want to miss anymore. Not only does it allow you to see when you can finish work, but it also helps you manage your time better. The assignment of working hours to individual projects also helps us. The app is nice and simple. Press the start/stop button, select a project, click on the checkmark and the working time is entered.
Unfortunately, there is currently no timeghost app that I can use on the go on my phone. However, there is at least a PWA as an alternative and the great support has assured me that an app will definitely follow.

I really liked the fact that I could use timeghost directly in my Teams app. That way I had everything in one place. I chatted with my clients and without switching to another browser or app I could simply track the times. Besides that working with the feed feature was a real game changer. I have everything from my outgoing emails to my Planner tasks in the feed and can track the times I spent working on those tasks or mail super fast.
The performance in the Teams app could be improved a bit. It sometimes takes a bit for it to login. But I'm not quite sure if it is because of Teams or because of timeghost, since the Teams app in general is giving me a hard time sometimes.
