What do you like about Thirdlane?

The practicality of combining Multi Tenant PBX with Thirdlane Connect has always been easy on our communication needs. I particularly like its ability to handle more than one customer on the same platform without much hustle – this comes in handy during administrative purposes. This way, one feels that he's keeping an organized form of information rather than juggling some apps around. It feels more like a unified command center, rather than hopping around multiple apps.

What do you dislike about Thirdlane?

At first, it was a bit of an obstacle in regards to the steep learning curve. The technical know-how is more than expected everything tailored to our specific needs. Moreover, the interface, though functional, didn't quite capture the slick modern feel of some of the more consumer-centric apps with which our team has become familiar.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Thirdlane solve?

We used Thirdlane to make our internal team coordination better and to make client handling more controllable. It acted as a bridge between their departments so that their work goes hand in hand. This system has helped reduce clutter from using various tools for several communication needs, bringing much-needed order, which added to our daily interactions. This implementation saved us time and enhanced our response time to the queries of our clients, making it a more seamless and responsive service.
