The team will assist you and follow up to make sure your problems are solved and you are satisfied. Start Hotspot is indeed easy to use and user-friendly.
Just a small suggestion, it would be great to develop Hotspot OS for all router models out there. We have some trouble finding supported access points in our country, but it is settled now.
