IT and Managed Service Providers

For this group, there’s Remote Support Plus ($25 per month, billed at $299 per 25 computers per year) and Remote Support Premium (priced at $40 per month, $479 annually for 25 computers).

These packages have first-rate features such as unlimited concurrent sessions, fast remote access, unlimited technicians, attended and unattended support, drag-and-drop file transfer, session recording, priority technical support, remote wake, remote reboot, multi-monitor support, endpoint security and remote print, among others.

Splashtop has three packages for tech support and help desk teams:
SOS at $17 a month billed annually at $199 per concurrent tech, SOS+10 at $19 per month with annual billing of $219 per concurrent year and SOS Unlimited, which goes for $34 a month and billed annually at $399 for every concurrent tech.

All three packages come with support for unlimited devices. SOS+10 offers 10 unattended computers for every tech license while the Unlimited option offers unlimited unattended computers for every tech license.

Classroom Management packages

Mirroring360 Pro and Classroom Cloud. The Mirroring360 package is ideal for those using teachers who want to share their screen through web links to at least 40 student devices. It doesn’t charge an additional fee for the student devices. The package price is $29.99 per teacher per year.

The Classroom Cloud package, with pricing that starts at $29.99 per teacher per year, is ideal for teachers who want to use their device remotely, from any area in the classroom and share the screen with the students’ devices. The monthly fee varies according to the number of student devices (a maximum of 40) a teacher connects with.
