Softbook is an in-built CRM system and messenger for communication to create and launch personalized courses with no limit on the number of students, lessons, and schools.

Softbook is a powerful, multifunctional, convenient, and flexible system for developing, promoting, and selling training courses, as well as launching online schools and businesses. Our platform offers all the tools required for the organization to train employees and analyze their progress.

Initially, we planned to develop an LMS platform for our own educational projects. In March 2020, while creating the system, we realized that online education is the future of professional development. The decision was made to enhance our product, making it available for everyone willing to transform their knowledge and experience into a business.

Every process — from uploading the author’s training material to communicating with students— is designed to be highly convenient for the platform users.

Simplicity, convenience, speed, and automatization — these are the things Softbook offers you.

What do you like about Softbook?

Softbook LMS is simple and easy to use! I could create materials and upload videos that my clients love. Learning is easier with Softbook because I cover the basics in the videos. In addition, Softbook allows me to create as many courses as I need to grow my business and the knowledge of my clients. It's easy to edit, and I can add tests and quizzes so I know my clients are understanding what I'm trying to teach them. I also love the fact that the home page is customizable, so you can make it look like a real landing page and website.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

The difference in unused days is not refundable if you switch to another tariff. I'd like to have a feature that let's the clients pay before registering for the site or if they've already paid using another form I'd love a link that takes the clients directly to the learning they paid for.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Softbook solve?

As a coach, I did a lot of one-on-one coaching and learning for my clients. Softbook allows me to coach one to many with video and interactive learning. This frees up my time to coach the things that are more important since the basics are already covered in the videos. This platform has allowed me to grow my business by at least 45% or more.

"Quite a good bang for the buck"


What do you like about Softbook?

The interesting thing about this program is that it's still in development, and it will come out with new features. That you can have your online lessons + various ways to test students and their homework is pretty nice and I look forward to seeing how that will improve in future.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

There are not that many items that I dislike about the software. It would be nice if it included a SCORM course builder or something similar. The pricing for talent library courses is a bit high.

Compliance training for the organization. In the form of 'certificates', the software enables us to meet the stringent training and retraining requirements of various regulations.

They are really in need of an e-mail newsletter service, they don't have their own, but there are integrations that can be plugged in.

What do you like about Softbook?

It's an ideal platform for creating learning courses to improve the knowledge of internal and external users of the company. This tool gives you the possibility to create content with professional design to manage customized training according to the deficits that each of the members presents. It has a fairly intuitive interface and is quite entertaining. In this way, there are more entertaining courses to carry out. It also has video training and reports, among other things. It should be noted that with Softbook LMS, each user receives a certification of the course completed.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Although it is a platform from which you can learn a lot, Softbook LMS still has things to improve. I would like not to limit both the management of extensive content and the number of lessons that can be done for each course that can be done, which is the only negative point that I can get from this platform.

Softbook LMS has helped us a lot in terms of training and the integration of different files, and it has been a fundamental factor in the constant updating of the platform that we provide within the company, since thanks to the ease of use of the platform we can create content for our employees to keep up to date with the functions through their courses, achieving a more trained staff to have a better analysis of our reports and therefore increase our profitability.

What do you like about Softbook?

What I like most about Softbook is its interface as it has many options to manage learning, automate resources and educational portals for a very complete training of our employees, it is an innovation in e-learning, with the ability to schedule alerts, calendars, tasks, you can schedule courses, teach live classes, know the opinions of all those who participate and access your learning material, it is also a good option to monetize knowledge, the evaluations that Softbook raises within its platform are well-structured, and I must say that they are very creative.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

It is a more expensive tool than others in its category, although it has many integrations, the compatibility with mobile devices is really poor, it needs an update. The efficiency for troubleshooting within the platform is often not effective, I recommend the support team to pay more attention to their customers.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Softbook solve?

We implemented the management of this tool for the training of our employees, we have large departments in the engineering area, so we always need to keep our employees trained for the tasks we assign, Softbook is always a good ally for the management of courses, training materials for training, evaluations, alerts and courses, it also allows us to obtain accurate reports of how is the performance of our employees. What do you dislike about Softbook?

The only issue we encountered was that some learners were able to create profiles and enroll in courses without admin assistance when we specifically set those processes to require admin intervention. I think the problem was that they were using single sign-on or something like that. Another would be making assignments work like quizzes where the student has to repeat the assignment if he gets a bad grade. But there was a workaround for this when I contacted tech support.

Softbook is the best platform for the sale of courses and for the earning of money from them. Great variety of courses available. I also like how Softbook can create personalized paths depending on your topic of interest, basically specializing.

There was really nothing about the Softbook that I did not like at all. If anything, it was that there were so many classes to choose from that it was easy to get lost in the options.

I had a great experience after using Softbook. First of all, I always thought that creating and managing classes would take a lot of effort and that I would never get used to managing. But the system makes it really easy to understand how things work, and one just has to share one's knowledge. Also, the customer support is simply great!
Customer service is very good, very helpful and polite. The training materials are great and very easy to use and understand.

They are great to work with and support! At the moment we're using the Free Plan, still building our courses, but we're getting free and near real-time support by e-mail. Their online documentation is also very comprehensive and easily understood!

Our wish is for more payment gateway integrations. We also want more currency support.

Didn't find anything. Everything's fine. I wish the platform development. I love these guys! They have the most attentive and cordial tech support. Although everything is very clear on the platform, sometimes I have to ask them questions with an asterisk.

It is easy to manage and very user friendly for all of our employees to take the courses on their own. Implementation was very easy, customer support is available within minutes or hours at most, and integration with our HR information system was very easy. Easy to set up and very easy to manage. You do not need to be a professional designer to customize the look of the site using the built-in editor.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Not much that doesn't work well, I've been able to do what I needed to do for our purposes. The administration tools have been simple, although there may be challenges with larger scale use. Some of the features (e.g., speeding up videos) were not immediately obvious, but they were easy to find in the help section.

What do you like about Softbook?

I have been considering adding a social community to my website for years, and after seeing Softbook in action, I finally took the plunge. Until now, my only solution was to create a BuddyPress website. However, this option is difficult to execute and requires a lot of coding to blend with my theme. On the other hand, Softbook is already completed and functioning efficiently. I appreciate the notifications, which allow for communication with customers in a novel way aside from emails. Additionally, I find the calendar/zoom integration to be appealing. I now schedule all my meetings through Softbook instead of Zoom.

I hope it becomes the center of our website. The onboarding was a pleasant surprise, and it helped me get started without needing customer support.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

It would help to have more email functionality (although that may be a feature I just haven't explored yet). I'm working on transitioning my community to this new platform, and would love to be able to Zap people out of the old system when they enter the new one. So far, I haven't figured out a way to automate this.

I have been looking for a platform to host my community for years. I've tried Facebook Groups, stitched together with various other platforms to host my online courses, website, email lists, etc. Trying to weave everything together was exhausting and unsustainable for our startup nonprofit. Not only was I able to create the foundation of my community in a matter of hours, I have been able to build it out quickly. And my members have given me lots of positive feedback so far. An easy to navigate home for our online community that is not dependent on other social media platforms.

What do you like about Softbook?

I have been on Softbook for over a year now. My students say that they are not only energized by my classes, but also by this platform. Most importantly, there's ample storage for all materials, broadcasts can be done within the platform, and recordings of them are saved wherever you set them up. Even the excellent integration with payment systems and the ease of creating loans for my products make me a loyal customer of this platform. Softbook LMS offers a complete, easy-to-understand set of services for almost anyone. The list of features includes popular tools that are really needed, such as advanced reporting, blended learning, multi-language support, and integrations with other services. Nothing. I can't think of anything I don't like. After my previous LMS proved to be more technical and time consuming than I wanted, Softbook was perfect.

What do you like about Softbook?

First of all, I would like to point out a very strong point of Softbook - an excellent CRM system that allows us to properly organize the entire flow of data and interactions with students and clients, and we have a lot of them. There hasn't been any delay all this time with such a large volume. And we can effectively monitor the progress of the students, their requests and needs.
And also, one of the key benefits is the multi-purpose integrations, including an important (and I would say the most important!!!) connection with the Zoom platform. It has simplified our communication sooooo much, as we do not have to jump from 1000 tabs, not exchange information in any way, but conduct excellent virtual meetings and webinars directly in the Softbook.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

I am fully satisfied with the softbook. The only disadvantage of this lmski is the lack of a mobile app.

One of the most valuable features of Softbook is its accessibility and efficient support at any time of the day or night. We can always count on help and answers to all our queries, even at the most inconvenient times.
It is also important to note that Softbook systematically receives significant updates that expand our capabilities and functionality. In my view, you first need to understand what processes and features your school needs, and then choose a tool that meets those needs.
However, there is a high probability of making the wrong choice and losing time and money, but this is not the case with Softbook. We have been looking for a platform that fits our needs perfectly and we have found it. Our whole team is happy with the result and the experience of working with Softbook.

We read that it wasn't comfortable to navigate, but it wasn't. So far, we haven't found it to hurt or hurt us.

Quite a lot of features. Easy to download lessons, easy to check homework, and easy to accept payments. Great interface. Responsive and super fast helpers. I really like the flexibility. Both internally and externally there are many ways to speed up our training.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

There are always problems when moving to a new platform. Fortunately, the Softbook team has a great support team. They were there to guide us.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Softbook solve?

The CRM system with a messenger is exactly what we needed! Impressed by its power and multifunctionality. Simultaneously, we tackle numerous tasks: tracking clients, communicating through a user-friendly messenger, and also crafting an incredibly flexible system tailored to our needs.

What do you like about Softbook?

I really liked the fact that I was able to create a course without having a lot of experience in using an LMS platform. When I was researching companies, the process was very difficult and was always a deterrent! I knew this was the right platform for me to develop my courses when I came across Softbook... It gave me the time I needed to develop my courses with cost effective packages and a free membership to start with.

What do you dislike about Softbook?

Certain features of the platform could be made simpler - it is not so easy to understand how to implement and how to manage the users.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Softbook solve?

Softbook has helped me increase conversions and establish trust with my clients by displaying my course sales pop-ups. It is easy to use, customizable and comes with great customer support. The support team has been exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout my experience.
