It's ease of use and interface. The functionality is incredible and it looks very clean and professional. There are great ways to customize your search interface as well, even if you are not tech savvy! The customer helpline/ email is also great. They have been very helpful to me so far.
Nothing yet. There is not anything particular that I dislike. Perhaps the pricing could be better, but its not a deal breaker.

This product works really well and can be scaled to any size database needed and customized to be fully your own or left completely standard if desired. It's reasonably priced and offers good custom plans.
The API has to be included in the body of every page and cannot be put in a remote file to work successfully. This makes code feel overcrowded with repetitive code and changes made to search must be made in every page of your site.
I have been using ss360 on a client site. They wanted a cheap custom sitewide search solution and this is exactly what they needed.

There is a lot of advanced functionality that I have not got into yet. I would like to see more integration into the Wordpress Plugin instead of customization online. But great product.
The way they allowed me a fully functional trial and backed it up with amazing support. I conversed with three of their employees during the trial and they we all super friendly, efficient and very helpful.

I wanted a commercial quality job search engine for our customers' websites.
The user interface is quite intuitive, and I appreciate the feature set, especially the ability to include multiple base URLs (websites) in a single crawl. Other important features include the ability to (1) blacklist and/or noindex URLs that contain specified text, (2) use XPATHs to exclude certain content, (3) perform incremental crawls, (4) export crawled URLs and their status, (5) use sitemaps as the basis for crawls, and (6) easily specify css values and options for search results.
The Site Search 360 crawler automatically deleted earlier crawled URLs from its index when I did an incremental crawl that exceeded my plan limit. I would have preferred a warning message that enabled me to abort the current crawl and leave all the results of my previous crawls intact.
We are using it for a family of informational websites. Compared to the other custom search engine we were using, it enables us to emphasize results from our sites more responsively and attractively.

Site search has a lot more granuluar controls over the look and feel of the search box. I love the GUI interface that goes along with the software to control the query mapping. They also have a live chat option which is really great.
Currently don't have a support ticket system, but its currently done through their github chat system.
Customer service was highly responsive amazing. Install was super easy, I am not a developer, just an artist with a 300 page web site . I like that it shows images and is very customizable. It has a great dashboard where you can see waht customers are searching for

Google might be free, but they take over your "results" page with ads! SiteSearch 360 is easy to use and the resulting search page is perfect. In my opinion, the monthly cost is very reasonable for what I get in return.
I really haven't found anything that I don't like about SiteSearch 360 yet. The instructions were rather easy to follow, and I will work on customizing my results page after I get me feedback from visitors to my site.
