In short, Shorter Loop is the best thing that could have happened to me in this new year when it came to product management. From the UI/UX to the plethora of features this platform has to offer, it has swept me off my feet. The best part of Shorter Loop is its user-friendliness, as I didn’t need customer support from them to understand how to handle the platform.
FYI: They do have 24x7 customer support.
Moving forward, I would like to specifically highlight a few features of this software that made me go for the subscription pack. This platform comes along with an advanced analytics mechanism that helped me derive in-depth insights from my product management journey. It also helped me to make critical decisions easily and quickly, perhaps the best project management and best product management tool I have used in the recent past that helped me to streamline my workflow. Last but not the least, the seamless integration with GA is also something that caught my attention.
I am yet to find any loophole that Shorter Loop might have and I am pretty sure it doesn’t have one.
Discovered Shorter Loop when I was searching for a tool that can connect my brainstorming ideas with the feedback manager. For a designer, it is important to get continuous feedback, and Shorter Loop proved exactly the same. Its AI-powered Idea Manager is very easy to use for exploring ideas and has the ability to invite third parties for feedback. The voting helps me understand how many people are up for the idea. This whole process was also very beneficial for the dev team as they could understand the thought process of everyone.
Also, the Collaboration Tool has increased the workflow of all our team members as we could brainstorm, share ideas, and give feedback in real time.
No dislike at all about shorter loop... It addresses us all our pain points.....

Plus I also use the Shorter Loop collab feature to brainstorm with my team or we use its library templates for user journey diagrams, process maps, email campaign workflow etc..The tool's OKR and sprint features allow me and my team to work together to improve efficiency and keep all our tasks planned in the roadmap and see progress, this way entire marketing team is aligned to see all their goals in one canvas and with date stamp it's easy to track. Plus Shorter Loop's project and task management capability is very clean. We have one dashboard to view our tasks, progress by team, team owner, priority, and share comments so that everybody has the same view and they can further accelerate checking timely comments, and file sharing. I am also a content strategist and content editor/writer - the tool helps me to plan, and manage my content writing roadmap, and deploy my content using various marketing channels and as the tool is integrated with Slack, Google Analytics, and CRM - the dashboard is very rich in showing all the key metrics of product that are of marketing interest too - web traffic, number of sign up, demos, first time paid users, revenue, customer satisfaction, NPS score in one place. Plus to collect my customer feedback across geos, and also drive actionable insights through a powered feedback manager the tool is super helpful and provides rich insights 1. probable solutions 2. problem summary 3. and potential ideas you can turn into epi/feature/stories to ensure we stay customer focused and work on those potential ideas that will make customers happy and also to achieve our revenue goal.

Shorter Loop effectively tackles the challenges companies face in managing their product strategies and roadmaps. Building the right strategy by connecting with the right customers at the right time and in the plan module - the product roadmap - here you can create either a simple product roadmap or you can have multiple product lanes for each of the products. You can have a kanban view of the roadmaps for the entire calendar year, or for the next 3 to 6 months, etc. Here the roadmaps elements are coming from very much customer centric activities that have taken place in the previous discovery or the strategy module. So based on the customer outreach or feedback, features have been prioritized and landed on the roadmap. The roadmap is dynamic and customer centric.

Backlog items are also weighed based on how much effort it’s needed to develop and value it gives to our customers. Plus backlog maintains a simple hierarchy of Epic to Features to Its User stories. You can check everything under the backlog - team who is working, owner, comments for those backlogs given by various team members and more…Moreover your backlog can come from a new idea/issue given by your customer or internal stakeholder and tool helps you how popular is the idea based on ratings it received from other idea submitters (making the idea public). Finally if the idea is valid you turn that into a work item - either epic, feature or story. After turning that into workitem, you will see those new ideas in your work item canvas.
Shorter Loop helps me to work with my teams and cross functional teams - sales, marketing, product dev, strategy and management in a very streamlined way. I have been using the tool since last 3 months and it’s collab suite helps me to brainstorm ideas alone or with my team spread globally. We can use the tool bar or the templates for our whiteboarding. More over while creating flow chart or brainstorming on workflows, etc. we can use sticky notes to share our comments/suggestions. Plus Shorter Loop can be easily shared with other cross functional teams for them to share their comments as needed. Right from the ‘discovery module’ where you can ideate on product’s vision,map to specific target audiences for whom the product is being built by mapping their pain points and solutions that will wow them.
Frankly speaking I am using it for more than 3 month, I have nothing to dislike about the Shorter Loop tool.
