Sendinblue is an incredible and easy to manage platform to organize and manage the marketing of a company. Through this tool you can run marketing through email, where you can share relevant information, links, files and any information with customers, friends and colleagues controlled. It has an incredibly good, adapted and simple interface that anyone without the need to be a professional can use it, access is simple and fully compatible with any mobile device, computer, tablets. It has a variety of very specific plans and each one adapted to the present needs of the users

What do you dislike about SendinBlue?

SendinBlue is an incredible platform that has several features, but like the whole platform it is necessary to take into account several things at the time of use to generate the minimum amount of errors. It is necessary to have a good Internet connection at the time of generating the emails and working with the advertising click on Inventories. In the same way, another present inconvenience is that SendinBlue has a history of several important functions and it appears to obtain a plan that completely adapts to all the needs that must be canceled at a high cost, important detail, since not everyone can have the access. The issue of support is also necessary, since communicating or leaving a report is a somewhat cumbersome issue, since the time they provide assistance is quite late

SendinBlue is an incredible platform that has given me great benefits in my work aspect and as a professional. What do you like about SendinBlue?

From my point of view, SendinBlue is a really useful tool, it is an email marketing and automation solution designed for modern business. Unlike many tools created I like that this one in particular took a slightly unique approach, giving priority to the user experience and simplifying its usefulness, the best thing about this application is that it serves small and medium businesses helping with automation and email marketing. The forms surprise by how advanced they are, and some of their customizations are really incredible. It allows the user to choose which lists they register according to their interests.

This tool was very useful in our company, since it provides us with different marketing functions, as well as allowing us to perform the different tasks in an easy and efficient way. Among the main functions that I like are managing contacts, marketing by mail, it helps us with automated campaigns and to grow with your marketing processes through your SMS plans.

Personally and professionally, I recommend this tool to those who need it, their functions are very effective, the cost of their packages are quite accessible and allows us to keep the statistics of our campaigns in an effective way.

The email automation has an excellent design, attractive and very intuitive, such as the flow editor which allows us to reach potential customers depending on the site, correlation with the email and other details, through this software we can test the Parameters before the emails are sent in order to obtain more accurate information and this is a function that very few platforms have. The email editor has an intuitive drag-and-drop function which is very useful in addition to being full of many elements with a large dimension of the icon to make it more visually attractive.

What do you dislike about SendinBlue?

SendinBlue like all software also has its negative functions, the ones that affect me directly are the following, the first is its delivery capacity, many of the emails that are sent end up in the spam folder which does not allow to reach potential and non-potential customers, the second is the limited number of email templates, the customer is in need of creating their own templates in terms of the needs they need, thus wasting more time in creating campaigns marketing, in addition to hindering the use of new users who are unaware of this software, the third and in my opinion the most important is their team or technical support group, since the only communication with them must be by email and they usually do not respond quickly, that is, if you have a problem and you need to solve that problem urgently because there is nothing left to expect. In conclusion, my recommendations for this marketing software would be, get the way that the emails end up in the spam tray, create more templates to avoid excessive lost time of its users and finally a good idea would be to place an online chat, where when entering the page we can communicate with them and solve our problems quickly.

This tool has many functions that facilitate the management of marketing through the mail. Personally, it facilitated the creation of campaigns through the mail to send messages to our subscribers in a simple way, allowed us to automate with different events or stages and allowed us to manage all contacts quickly.

"Easy to Use, Horrible Customer Service"

What do you like about SendinBlue?

SendInBlue was reasonably priced and didn't have the list member pricing like MailChimp does. It was easy to use, had very nice templates and was getting good results from my email marketing campaigns which means it has decent deliverability.

What do you dislike about SendinBlue?

SendInBlue's customer service department was responsive but curt. I didn't care for the tone of their support responses.

Also, SendInBlue shut down my account because of "unusual activity" or low open and click rates. They asked me to explain how I got my mailing list, and I did - it is 100% opt-in. And they shut me down!

To get my account active again, they wanted me to spend more than $100 a year on a dedicated IP. No thanks! I went to another, less expensive email marketing service and have been doing just fine there for months.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SendinBlue solve?

It helped me learn email templates but other than that, I found them useless.

I definitely understand the aggravation that occurs when a service you had anticipated using rejects or suspends your account. Please rest assured that we never do this lightly -- it is only done in situations where the sending occurring on that account is performing in a way that leads ISPs to identify it as spam. Were we not to do this for accounts on our shared IP range, our reputation with ISPs would suffer, leading our deliverability to drop. Since we're in the business of delivering email, we can't afford that. I'd love to take a closer look at your account, and see what we could have done differently, and hopefully better.
