This is a quality screencasting and video editing app for Mac.
Ease of use if it is working. Wasted a lot of time setting it up and abandoned it for a while when I upgraded my Mac with OS 10.15
Many issues related to getting it to work with different apps, even Safari and different version of Mac OS. Poor troubleshooting support. Basic problems persist for years. For example, for v 8, while recording sound out of internal speakers cuts off (although audio is recorded) after a half hour or so....SF blames Apple....little attempt to get to solve the underlying problem. Documentation on various necessary settings is poor.
Recording lectures for classes I teach, various on screen video streams.
