On Reply, it is very easy and quick to set up new email campaigns. I like that we can create email templates and save them which helps when creating different campaigns. Also when creating a template, reply has a quality check feature on areas such as subject line length, word count and reading level just to name a few which helps to improve the chance of receiving a response.
Customer service is overall decent to be fair but I wish they could have a better response time. Other than that, I'm happy with the platform.
We used to use HubSpot marketing for email campaigns which was a much more pricier platform and reply offers almost the same features as HubSpot but at a much greater value for money.
It has greatly improved open and reply rates of our outreach emails. It's customizable and allows you to send sequential emails with custom settings which work wonders for open rates.
Some deliverability issues, also macros verification would be a good feature. Sometimes our managers can write a macro like [name] instead of [Name] and it doesn't register as a macro, which results in "Hello, [name]" emails. Which is bad :)
