"A great way to organize testing"

What do you like about QA Sphere?

The test case organization capabilities are excellent - this has made our work much more structured compared to before. I particularly appreciate the AI-assisted test writing functionality, which has noticeably reduced the time our team spends creating test cases. For an automotive software company like ours, maintaining proper documentation for regulatory compliance is critical, and QA Sphere delivers well in this area.

What do you dislike about QA Sphere?

I still wish for better automation support, but for managing our test process, QA Sphere has made our work much more efficient.

What have you been using it for and what problems did QA Sphere solve?

Centralizing all test management in one platform
Automating compliance documentation for vehicle safety standards
Bridging communication gaps between our QA and development teams
Reducing test creation time through AI assistants
Providing clear testing metrics for project planning

"Simple Setup, Better Testing"

What do you like about QA Sphere?

I manage the QA team at PräzisionsMarkt GmbH. We've used QA Sphere for 8 months to test our online store. QA Sphere was by far easy to start using – my team was up and running in one day. The AI integration is particularly good and helps us think of test cases we'd miss on our own, especially for shopping carts and payments.

What do you dislike about QA Sphere?

I miss more control over stats and reports, but I've contacted the team and we discussed our work routine and have found several workarounds.

What have you been using it for and what problems did QA Sphere solve?

Test case creation got much simpler and faster, we also use Github integration to show our developers where the testing went wrong.

"A perfect match, QA Sphere just clicked for our team"

What do you like about QA Sphere?

We got up and running quickly, but it was powerful enough to handle all our manufacturing-specific test scenarios. We used it to test everything from inventory tracking to production planning features, and it has never let us down so far.
The team is easy to reach, so we imported our existing test cases together and discussed our usage scenarios, which gave us averal a very welcoming impression.

What do you dislike about QA Sphere?

There is still room for improvement regarding the API and we also agreed that they are working over parametrized test cases for the upcoming update, so the further the better I hope.

What have you been using it for and what problems did QA Sphere solve?

We've been using QA Sphere to manage all testing for our flagship product, WorkflowNL - an ERP solution for manufacturing SMBs.

The biggest problems QA Sphere helped us solve were around coordinating testing efforts across multiple modules and teams. Before QA Sphere, our testing was scattered across spreadsheets and Jira tickets, so now we have all in one place, easy to manage and pretty transparent.

It also helped tremendously with tracking regulatory compliance testing. QA Sphere made it much simpler to maintain test suites specifically for compliance, with clear pass/fail history and documented evidence.
