Our company develops CRM systems, and we were looking for a way to improve our customer service. Аfter 3 weeks of research we discovered that Pulsedesk has nearly all features we need or might need in the near future. The system makes it possible to collect customer requests from email, WhatsApp, and Telegram, automates their processing and making reports. There are not integrations with task trackers as Jira but they promised to make integration with zapier.
