We love the insight tool. Basically, feature requests come in via Intercom for us and we tag them in Intercom which automatically adds them into Productboard. We can then use these insights to create features in Productboard. The criteria on which you decide to build features is really cool and quite comprehensive I would say.
I hate to say, but bugs belong in Productboard. When you start tracking all the software feature requests, you have a collection of insights from a customer. It would be good to see all the bugs, so at the end of the day you can say "Hey Customer, look at what we've built for you and look at the bugs we've fixed that you've reported." Right now it's in two different places.
Also it's bit pricey for having multiple editors. Here's what I mean, we have one person in charge of ranking the features but we have another person(marketing) that writes the public portal features. They need to be written in a specific tone and so it would be nice to be able to do that without paying for another editor as that's all they would do.
Deciding what to build next! I think it exceeds at that.
